Mercyhealth Systems

Mercyhealth’s virtual doctor visit is called Virtual Visit Now.

You can use your phone, tablet or computer to have a virtual visit.

If you’re experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the Emergency Room.

Children under 3 are not eligible to use a Virtual Visit Now.

Cost:  $49 per visit paid by credit card at the time of the visit. MercyCare Health Plan members receive three virtual visits for $20 each.

OSF Healthcare

OSF uses OSF OnCall for virtual doctor visits.

You can use your phone, tablet or computer to have a virtual visit.

If you’re experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the Emergency Room.

OSF OnCall can be used with patients of all ages who live in Illinois.

Cost: $35 per visit, no hidden fees

Swedish American does not offer virtual visits.
