The winter can feel endless in Rockford, IL, but you don’t have to be cooped up all season! If you’re tired of doing the same old thing, check out one of the newest family-friendly attractions in Rockford, the giant trampoline park – Flow Supreme Air Sports!

Flow Supreme Air Sports is a giant trampoline park built in the old Furniture Row store on East State Street. It isn’t just a place for little ones, kids of all ages and even adults can play and have fun. During our visit, both my husband and I jumped too. If jumping isn’t your thing, you can just pay admission for your kids and relax on one of the couches throughout the building.

The space is HUGE and clean with tons of cool areas to check out and beautiful graffiti-style artwork on the walls.

Besides the many different trampolines and trampoline ramps in the space, there are also these unique features:

  • Dunk hoops
  • Parkour elements
  • Battle beams and slack lines
  • Enclosed dodgeball area
