If you’re looking to get out for a date night in the Rockford area, you have two options – hire a sitter or use a Parent’s Night Out service in the area. Most of these options require that a child be at least three years old and potty trained before attending.

There are a few regular Parent’s Nights Outs that happen in the Stateline each month. Here’s a list of where you can find them.

Coral Cove Family Fun Center

Address: 586 Progressive Ln., South Beloit, IL

Day and Time: One Saturday per month from 5 pm – 8 pm or an occasional Friday. You can find upcoming events on Facebook.

Ages: 5 – 13 years old

Cost: $20 per kid if you pre-register and pay before the day of the event, $25 at the door or day of the event

Coral Cove Family Fun Center offers monthly Parent’s Night Out which includes a bounce house wristband, 15 tokens, access to the craft room, popcorn and a movie, 1 slice of pizza and a slushie, and prizes. For more information about Coral Cove Family Fun Center, see our post.

Rock River Valley YMCA

Day and Time: Select Saturdays in the month from 4 pm – 8 pm

Ages: Open to kids up to 12 years old

Cost: $15 per member / $23 per non-member

The Rock River Valley YMCA offers Kids Night Out on select Saturday nights throughout the month. Kids up to 12 years old can be dropped off to play games and eat dinner. Dinner costs $5 for a Subway sandwich or kids can bring dinner from home. Please note, the Y is a nut-free zone. Register here.

Stateline YMCA

Day and Time: Monthly on Saturday from 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Ages: 3 – 12

Cost: $26 for YMCA members, $38 for non-members

The Stateline YMCA offers Parent’s Night Outs monthly for both members and the community. These events are themed with upcoming events including Spooktacular for Halloween, Happy Harvest, and Merry Grinchmas. Kids will swim, participate in themed activities, play games and enjoy pizza for dinner. Register here.
