Kids Spot is launching a brand new before-school care program at its Roscoe location this school year! If you’re looking for before-school care for your child attending Roscoe, Rockton, Machesney Park, or Loves Park schools, check out Kids Spots Before School Club!
Kids Spot’s Before School Club serves the following school districts: Kinnikinnick School District #131, Prairie Hill School District #133, Rockton School District #140, and Harlem School District #122. Prairie Hill and Kinnikinnick students will be transported to school by Kids Spot vans. Rockton students will use the Stateline Mass Transit bus system and Harlem students will ride their district school bus.
Each day at the Before School Club, kids will have a morning snack, play games and do crafts, participate in sensory activities, and spend time exercising and practicing their gross motor skills with friends in the open gym.
Before School Club will run from 6:30 am until school starts.
The cost per child is $160 per month for before school club; $250 per month for after school club; or $331 per month for both.
Kids Spot also offers after-school care for the same school districts. After School Club follows a daily schedule of gym time, academic time to help with homework, studying, and projects, snack time, computer time, arts and crafts time, and time to play and make friends. The After School Club picks up your kids from Kinnikinnick or Prairie Hill schools, or buses them in from Rockton and Harlem schools, and is held every day that school is in session until 5:30 pm. Kids Spot also offers an in-house preschool program, Kids Spot Academy, for kids ages 2-5 that combines learning opportunities with physical activity. The Academy has three different programs: Ready 2 Learn for 2-year-olds, Preschool for 3-year-olds, and Pre-K for 4-5-year-olds. They are holding an open house for new prospective students on Wednesday, August 18th from 6 pm – 7 pm. You can learn more about Kids Spot Academy here.
