If you’re looking for a free program to get your kids active this summer, Rockford has a free summer playground program that’s worth checking out! This program provides outdoor entertainment, socialization, and fun for your kids!

Time2Play Playground Program

Rockford Park District offers Time 2 Play Neighborhood Playground Programs for kids ages 5-12 years olds. These programs are a fun, safe, and active opportunity to make new friends and enjoy the summer. Kids can expect to play sports, games, have fun in the water, and more. They are available at 5 playground locations in Rockford and Loves Park in 2020. Each site has a maximum capacity of 50 participants.

When: Monday – Friday from July 6 to August 21, 2020

All sites run from 1 pm – 5 pm except Highland Park which runs from 9 am – 1 pm.

Bloom School Park (2901 Pelham Rd., Rockford) – Register for Bloom School Park here
