Love the Blocks in Downtown Rockford

FreeShop the blocks in downtown Rockford to give back to United Way. Pick up a Tic-Tac-Toe board and collect heart stamps at each retailer. When you get three stamps in a row, you can enter to win a gift basket. You can also give back on Saturday by dining at a downtown restaurant. Check out a list of participating businesses here.
