Join Transform Rockford & Go Rockford for FREE workouts, led by YMCA of Rock River Valley fitness instructors, and a fun giveaway at Transform Rockford’s Move More Pop-Up event on Wednesday, July 24 (originally scheduled for July 20, but due to the extreme heat we have rescheduled)! Let’s “Move More” as a community in the recently spruced-up Davis Park in downtown Rockford. All ages are welcome to attend! FREE Kids-Zone for children ages 5 – 12 provided by the Rockford Park District.

5:30 – 6:15 PM – Les Mills BodyAttack
6:15 – 7:00 PM – Urban Line Dance

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own water, although we will provide some hydration, thanks to Pepsi.
