Earth Day is near – April 22nd! Join Atwood staff as we honor the planet and explore simple ways to keep Earth healthy and happy. We’ll dive into topics like reducing, reusing, recycling, and composting, and discuss what happens to our trash once it’s thrown away. You’ll also learn about local sustainability initiatives and resources to get involved. Plus, enjoy the chance to take a brief guided hike on Atwood’s beautiful trails and take a moment to appreciate the natural world around us.

Please meet at Atwood Center (2685 New Milford School Road) and bring comfortable closed-toe or closed-heel shoes, appropriate weather clothing, and a drive to help the earth!
