Glow and Flow

$15 – $20RBY is offering an exclusive Glow + Flow event for Rockford yogis. Come flow in the dark and shine to some great tunes, make highlighter shapes, and make the best of these early night-times.
Rhiannon will be leading a fall-themed yoga ADVENTURE for little ones (ages 5-14), followed by a fun fall art project… if you ever want to see @rhiannon_yandell in her element, just give her a yoga mat + some art supplies.
Downstairs, Rachel will be turning up the speakers, turning down the lights, and leading the grown-up crowd through a fast-paced flow in the dark.
And of course, what would an event be this close to Halloween without some goodie bags to start your sugar-filled weekend
