Rockford Park District invites families and the general public to enjoy the new Family Golf Day event, a free fun afternoon of golf, golf skill clinics and contests, games, and other golf-related activities at the Aldeen Practice Centre.

There will be contests for chipping, putting, kids’ long drive, hit the junk car, Golfzilla, and a putting contest with a chance to win a Rockford Park District 2019 Junior Birdie membership ($220 value).

Food specials will be available for purchase during the event.

Free clinics will be offered as follows: putting at 2 p.m.; chipping at 3 p.m., and full swing at 4 p.m.
