If you hadn’t heard the big news yet, the Rockford IceHogs are going to be playing in the Calder Cup playoffs! This is the first time they’ve been in the postseason since 2018. They have one game left of their regular season and it’s going to be a fun one!
Fan Appreciation and WWE Night is happening on Saturday, April 30th starting at 6 pm at the BMO Harris Bank Center in Rockford. The IceHogs will be taking on the Chicago Wolves for an action-packed night of fun! This game has two awesome promotions happening. The first 2,500 people who enter the event will get a scratch-off ticket. Every ticket is a winner with prizes like game worn jerseys, free playoff tickets, merchandise deals and more. The first 2,500 fans will also receive a 2021-2022 team photo presented by American Solutions for Business.
It’s also WWE Night! Madcap Moss will be at the game to take photos with fans from 5 pm through puck drop and during the first intermission. Fans will also have the chance to win WWE prize giveaways during in-game promotions and activities. You can also purchase a Tag Team Ticket pack which includes tickets to the 4/30 IceHogs game and the 5/21 WWE event. The Tag Team Ticket pack includes one upper-level ticket to the April 30 game, one lower-level ticket to the May 21 WWE “Saturday Night’s Main Event” show at the BMO, and a WWE superstar experience hat (limited supplies available). If you haven’t been, IceHogs games are fast-paced and exciting. The audience is packed with diehard fans who cheer, boo, and sing throughout the game. If you’ve never heard the goal siren and the following “tick, tick, boom” chant, it’s quite the experience! Kids will love the atmosphere, but it may be a bit loud for little ones. We’d recommend bringing earplugs or headphones for kids who don’t enjoy loud noises.
