The park has a 1.25 mile paved path, a lake for fishing, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, basketball and tennis courts, and a great view of the Kishwaukee River. The playground in Baumann Park is medium-sized with a play structure that’s perfect for toddlers and bigger kids. There are several cool features like balancing steps, a bouncy bridge, a large rope spider web climbing feature, and a triple slide. There is also a swing set and pebble pit where kids can dig in rocks. It’s a great place to spend a day.
