Get a Free GLOWman Kit From the Rockford Park District
This year, the Rockford Park District is offering free supplies for kids to build their very own GLOWman. These snowmen are called GLOWmen due to the glowstick in place of their carrot nose. They are available to pick up at seven locations in Rockford.
