What can I buy at the Rhea Lana’s Rockford sale?
Rhea Lana’s merchandise varies per sale depending on what consignors bring in. The Back to School event will be an all-season event where you can get clothing for the entire year.

Where is the Rhea Lana’s Rockford sale being held?
The Rhea Lana’s Rockford sale will be held at the Indoor Sports Center at 8800 E. Riverside Boulevard in Loves Park, Illinois. The Indoor Sports Center is a 60,000 square foot facility with over 1,000 parking spaces. There is a bathroom on site.
Rhea Lana’s is working to host a safe and fun sale. To keep workers and shoppers safe, everyone will need to wear masks. They will be offering hand sanitizer and wipes as well as putting extra cleaning measures into place. They will also be encouraging social distancing through spaced out shopping times. Shoppers will not be allowed to bring in their own bags.
When can I shop Rhea Lana’s Rockford sale?
Rhea Lana’s offers several options for shopping their sale. The sale runs from Friday, August 28th through Wednesday, September 2nd. However, you will need passes or tickets to attend the pre-sale or half-price pre-sale. To purchase tickets to any of these times, click here.

Friday, August 28th
Platinum shopping starts on Friday, August 28th from 10 am – 12 pm. Tickets can be purchased for $20 each. You can bring one guest.
Gold Shopping starts on Friday, August 28th from 1 pm – 3 pm. Tickets can be purchased for $15 each. You can bring one guest.
Consignor Pre-Sale Shopping starts on Friday, August 28th from 4 pm – 6 pm. You can bring one guest. You must bring your pass to share at the door.
Silver Shopping starts on Friday, August 28th from 7 pm – 9 pm. Tickets can be purchased for $5 each. You can bring one guest.
Saturday, August 29th
Moms to Be Pre-Sale Shopping starts on Saturday, August 29th from 10 am – 2 pm. You must register on Eventbrite.
Military and Teacher Shopping starts on Saturday, August 29th from 2 pm. You must register on Eventbrite.
Guest Pre-Sale Shopping starts on Saturday, August 29th from 4 pm – 8 pm. Follow Rhea Lana’s on Facebook to get your pass.
Sunday, August 30th – Monday, August 31st
The sale is open to the public on Sunday, August 30 – Monday, August 31 from 9 am – 7 pm. No passes or tickets are needed.
Tuesday, September 1st
Platinum / Gold Half-Price Pre-Sale starts on Tuesday, September 1st from 10 am – 11 am. You must bring a ticket for this time. You may bring a guest.
Consignor Half-Price Sale starts on Tuesday, September 1st from 12 pm – 2 pm. You must bring a ticket for this time. You may bring a guest.
Silver / Bronze Half-Price Pre-Sale starts on Tuesday, September 1st from 1 pm – 3 pm. You must bring a ticket for this time. You may bring a guest.

How do I consign at the Rhea Lana’s Rockford sale?
Have some kids’ stuff you want to sell? Here’s how to become a consignor!
Rhea Lana’s offers some major perks when you consign with then. You don’t have to worry about losing money because your items are guaranteed against loss or theft. You’ll also get to keep around 60-70% of your sales with a minimal $10 consignor fee. You’ll be paid promptly at the end of the event when you pick up your unsold items. Plus, you get to shop early at the private pre-sale! Consigning is simple with their easy tagging system and Voice Entry feature. You can log items on your computer or on the Rhea Lana’s app on your smartphone!
Rhea Lana’s is allowing you to put items in their system until Sunday, August 23rd at 11:59 pm. Once your items are entered, you can drop them off at the Indoor Sports Center on August 25th and 26th from 10 am – 8 pm.
This year, they are also offering Consignor Credit. This allows consignors to shop the sale and have their purchases deducted from their consignment check.
Here are the steps you need to take to consign:
- Register to consign here
- Get the items you want to consign together. Make sure they are clean and in good condition.
- Prepare your items by adding tags.
- Enter your items. You can use a computer or the Rhea Lana app on your phone.
- Drop off your items to the sale. Please allow 1 hour per 100 items. Drop off days are August 25 – 26 from 10 am – 8 pm.
