DESCRIPTION:Rockford Park District invites families and the general public to enjoy the new Family Golf Day event\, a free fun afternoon of golf\, golf skill clinics and contests\, games\, and other golf-related activities at the Aldeen Practice Centre. \nThere will be contests for chipping\, putting\, kids’ long drive\, hit the junk car\, Golfzilla\, and a putting contest with a chance to win a Rockford Park District 2019 Junior Birdie membership ($220 value). \nFood specials will be available for purchase during the event. \nFree clinics will be offered as follows: putting at 2 p.m.; chipping at 3 p.m.\, and full swing at 4 p.m.
