The Make-and-Take creative zone is a collaborative project between the Rockford Area Arts Council\, The Arc of Winnebago\, Boone and Ogle Counties and the Rockford Park District’s Therapeutic Recreation Program. \nTo commemorate Beattie Is…Back!\, the festival will begin with an opening ceremony at Beattie Park where the Festival first got its name in 1974.
