Do you and your kids enjoy a challenge? Corn mazes are a great way for families to have fun and spend an hour trying to figure out a puzzle!

There are several corn mazes a short drive away in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. All of these mazes are located within orchards or pumpkin patches with lots of other activities so you can make a whole day out of your visit.

Skelly’s Farm Market

Distance: ~35 miles from Rockford, IL

Kids ages 3 and under are free

Skelly’s Farm Market is a great place to visit in the summer and fall. They have two mazes including their Impossible Maze where you have to find 12 checkpoints while going through the maze. There’s also cider, donuts, and other treats, and apple cannons. The last maze entry is 5 pm. They suggest two hours to get through both mazes. There are also wagon rides and apple cannons available on the weekends.

All Seasons Orchard has many activities for families to enjoy on a fall day. There is a corn maze with two paths – an easier path for kids and a more challenging one for older kids. The wristband pricing includes the corn maze and 30+ other activities including a jumping pillow, pedal carts, mini zip line and more. There is also apple picking, pumpkin picking, petting zoo, wagon rides, and a sandbox available at the farm.

Jonamac Orchard is a great place to stop for a corn maze and other orchard fun. They have a bakery, cider house, barnyard animals, and a play area. Admission includes a barnyard play area, jumping pillow, animal barn petting zoo, wagon rides, pumpkin house, corn crib, and more. There is often entertainment on the weekends as well. Goebbert’s Pumpkin Patch is an amazing place for a full day of fun. They have a corn maze and a munchkin maze for the little kids to go through on their own, a petting zoo, pony rides, corn box, camel rides, train rides, pig racing, wagon rides, haunted house, pumpkin eating dinosaur, pumpkin cannons, a jumping pillow and more.

Richardson Farm has TONS of stuff for kids to do and one of the most epic corn mazes around. They are home to the World’s Largest Most Intricate corn maze! This year’s maze celebrates Jurrasic Park and is 9-10 miles long! You can also play five corn maze games that are suitable for all ages.
